Goldilocks Investment Company Limited (“Goldilocks”) announced on Monday that it has acquired 350 million shares in the Abu Dhabi listed-natural gas company, Dana Gas PJSC, bringing Goldilocks’ shareholding in Dana Gas to 5%. Goldilocks fund is an Abu Dhabi Global Markets domiciled open-ended equity fund that invests primarily in listed equities.
Goldilocks aims to generate above-average returns while minimizing the risk on capital and often takes a constructive active role to unlock value.
